Our Story

Talk of the Town Restaurants mission is to continue to propagate "One Love" the basis of Jamaican culture as we continue to introduce the world to Jamaican dining from Springfield MA.

Talk of The Town, located at 320 Wilbraham Road and prior owners since 1978 have had a long history of minority business ownership in the city of Springfield. The restaurant has not only delighted us with Jamaican cooking, it has also been a place where many of Springfield's youths and adult Jamaican immigrants have had their first jobs.

Jamaican Dishes can be spicy and might not appeal to everyone. While we continue to try to adjust our recipe to be able to appeal to a broader market, demographic trends of the restaurant's core patrons forecast continued growth into the future for our niche market in the Restaurant business sector.
